Randall has dedicated his life to construction; bringing others dreams to life for over 50 years. Upon graduation from high school, Randall worked for a local home builder for 3 years, eventually becoming a job superintendent. He completed various construction related trade classes during this time and in 1977 formed Hoover Construction to specialize in residential and commercial fire damage restoration. Over the last 50 years the company has grown into a much larger scope of work to include ground-ups and remodels for both small and large commercial buildings.
Matthew graduated with a B. A. in Construction Management and has been working with Hoover since 2010. He has over 15 years of experience in project management and estimating with Hoover Construction.
Shelley Brill joined the Hoover Construction team in 2021. Shelley has over 20 years of administrative experience and more than 10 years of Construction experience. Through her management of accounts receivables, human resources, payroll and compliance, the project management team is able to seamlessly collaborate with the office to keep all workflow consistent and reliable.
Moses began working with Hoover Construction in 1983 as a carpenter’s helper. He came up through the ranks and has been in his current position since 1990. Moses is lead project manager and oversees all estimating within Hoover Construction.
